In this role you will work with the Chief Financial Officer and other Management team members to build the culture and the systems to have a seamless start to operations and beyond.
This role, based at the Mindarie site, provides the opportunity to be part of the Maintenance team involved at the start of this exciting project. In this role you will work with the Maintenance Manager and other maintenance team members to build the culture and the tools to have a safe and competent workforce in readiness for the start of operations and beyond.
Provide plans and technical input to the technical services personnel supporting the site to meet performance targets and utilizing your initiative to seek out ways of ensuring continuous improvements are made.
